• Creating multiple accounts or using dishonest methods to obtain bonuses will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular members can advance through five VIP tiers from Bronze to Diamond. Cashback on weekly net losses applies at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated on the net loss, which is the total weekly losses minus total weekly winnings.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must always be followed when betting and gaming on tk1971.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error on the platform requires it.
• If any bet or game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device issue, the data stored on the platform's server will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds published for cricket, football, and other sports may change. Once a bet is accepted, it will be settled at the odds at that moment. In the event of a match cancellation, suspension, or unforeseen circumstances, bet settlement will be governed by tk1971's own sports rules.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

In the following circumstances, tk1971 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
